Custom Orders
All custom orders will incur a $1.25 per bag or a $50 charge per ton. Custom orders are anything that varies from the mixes that we regularly mix.
A minimum of 5 bags must be purchased when a custom feed is ordered. To grind your feed a specific way a $5 charge will be added for every 5 bags or 250lbs of feed ordered; a minimum of 5 bags must be ordered when requesting a specific grind. Addition of ingredients to any order will be charged accordingly; there is a minimum of a 5 bag order or 250lbs when adding extra ingredients.
Tote Orders (2000 pound bags)
Each tote is $20 plus the feed price. For subsequent orders, you may return your tote free of holes and avoid this charge. Any tote order that is less than 1000 pounds will incur an additional $20 charge.
Pallet Orders
Each order that is delivered, shipped or picked up on a pallet will incur a $5 pallet deposit. For subsequent orders, you may return your pallet unbroken and avoid this charge.
Bulk Orders
Any individual that would like to order 40 plus bags will receive a $3.00 discount per bag ordered, with a limit of 2 kinds of feed. Customers wishing to order 40 plus bags with 3 or more types of feed will receive a $2.00 discount per bag.
We will deliver to any customer that orders 40 plus bags with the stipulations noted above to the following locations:

When: 2nd Wednesday of every month

Price: $1.50 per bag or $60 per tote.
Asheville:
When: 2nd Thursday of every month
Where: Lowes Home Improvement at 89 South Tunnel Road Asheville NC 28805
Home Depot at 795 Fairview Avenue Asheville NC 28805
Price: $3 per bag or $120 per tote.
Old Fort:
When: 2nd Thursday of every month
Where: 1 Water Street
Price: $3 per bag or $120 per tote.
Pittsboro:
When: 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month.
Where: Varies
Price: $1.50 per bag or $60 per tote.

Customers who do not place a 40 plus bag order with us may either pick up feed at a local feed store or at our feed mill located in Elon, NC. In order to pick up feed at our feed mill there is a 5 bag minimum when ordering custom mixes or other livestock feed excluding chicken feed.
When an order is placed with us it must be done so 48 hours in advance to your scheduled delivery day. All orders that are not placed 48 hours in advance to your scheduled delivery, pick up or shipping day will incur a $25 charge per each addition or deletion to your order.
Payment is required before any feed is shipped. We accept cash, check or a credit card payment. Once payment is received we will mill your feed order and ship.
All delivery charges are subject to change depending on the delivery location. We will deliver to your farm or another location for an additional fee.
Each delivery made by Reedy Fork Farm or a Freight Company will have one hour to unload. After one hour of unloading, a charge of $15 for every 15 minutes will be incurred.
Feed Mill Pickups
5 bag minimum when purchasing feed from our mill, excluding chicken feeds.
Pickups may only occur Monday through Friday from 1pm to 5pm.
